As we know, struggling with a long-term weight problem is a miserable soul-destroying thing. Not only does it affect your self-esteem, it may also negatively affect your health; your job prospects; your relationships; your quality of life; and more worryingly, your life expectancy.

We also fully appreciate that embarking upon any treatment to help you with your weight problem is a serious matter. Most of our patients have spent many years and lots of money just getting nowhere before they come to us. They have usually followed dozens of fad diets or taken potentially dangerous diet pills, only to lose a few pounds which they then quickly put back on.
